Schedule Details

Day 1 (-) : Madrid

Arrival at airport, driver pick up 1 1⁄2 hour after landing. Transfer to hotel for check-in/leave luggage. Then, proceed to meeting point at own accord for a SIC Walking Tour Madrid. Take in the beautiful views while listening to the exciting stories and immersing on some wild history. The tour begins with the Fountain of Orpheus in Plaza de la Provincia which is just a stone's throw away from the glorious Plaza Mayor, a spacious square that is brimming with history. Walk through the charming streets of the old town to see the sights and discover the secrets of a city that stands in the middle of nowhere, miles from its neighbours and travel back in time as you hear the history that shaped the city. Spend a fun couple of hours falling in love with Madrid and getting recommendations from the local guide before ending the tour near the Royal Palace. Then, overnight at hotel.

Day 2 (B) : Madrid - Cordoba

After breakfast, check out hotel and proceed to meeting point at own accord to head to Cordoba via train. Once arrived in Cordoba, driver pick-up and transfer to hotel for check-in and overnight at hotel.

Day 3 (B) : Cordoba

After breakfast, proceed to meeting point at own accord for a SIC Walking Tour Cordoba. Look inside the most important monuments of Córdoba to learn more about the Christian, Muslim, and Jewish influence in the city. Skip the lines to the 8th-century Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba and marvel at its columns and double arches. Admire the mihrab (apse) of the former mosque, and stroll through the Jewish Quarter to see the synagogue, Arabic market, and bronze statue of the medieval Sephardic philosopher, Maimonides. End with a tour inside the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, one of the primary residences of Isabella I of Castile and Ferdinand II of Aragon. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 (B) : Cordoba - Granada

After breakfast, check out hotel and proceed to meeting point at own accord to head to Granada via train. Once arrived in Granada, driver pick-up and transfer to hotel for check-in and overnight at hotel.

Day 5 (B) : Granada

After breakfast, proceed to meeting point at own accord for a SIC Tour of Alhambra. Experience the Alhambra, the most important and captivating monument in Muslim Spain and one of the most-visited attractions in Spain. The Alhambra shows the heritage of the Nasrid dynasty, which you can discover as you explore the Alcazaba, the Comares Palace, and the Generalife gardens. Discover the impressive Torres Bermejas and take a photo at the top of the Torre de la Vela, where you can capture the best views of the Albaicín neighborhood. Visit the heart of the Alhambra, the Nasrid Palaces. Moorish-style patios, and the royal quarter. To end the visit, enjoy the Generalife Gardens, the resting place of the kings of the city. Take in its architecture, decorations, and gardens. On the afternoon, proceed with a SIC Walking Tour of Granada, explore this city from its origin with a local guide. Deep into the most significant neighborhoods such as the Albaicin and continue to the Plaza and Iglesia de San Miguel Bajo, the Monasterio de Santa Isabel la Real, and the Mirador de San Nicolas. Visit the Casa Carmen and stroll along the Paseo de los Tristes. Admire the Plaza Nueva, and the Iglesia de Santa Ana. Learn about the city's history at the Real Chancillería. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6 (B) : Granada - Madrid

After breakfast, check out hotel and proceed to meeting point at own accord to head to Madrid via train. Once arrived in Madrid, driver pick-up and transfer to hotel for check-in and overnight at hotel.

Day 7 (B) : Madrid

After breakfast, check-out hotel. Driver picks up and transfer to the airport for departure.
